Asian Team Championships

• 8 university teams contested from 5 countries in the 1st Asian University Bridge Championships. This championships in Bali was won by China - Wuhan University (Gold), followed by Chinese Taipei National Taiwan University A (Silver) and Indonesia Unsrat (Bronze)

World On-line Championships

• 14 university bridge teams from 4 continents participated in the 1st World Online University Team Championships on BBO. The final was won in November 2009 by Italy against Norway! Congratulations to all participants and surely to the winner Italy!
